Completing The Team Roster Spreadsheet

It is extremely important that the information requested below be supplied in the spreadsheet referenced.   Do not create your own sheet. It will not be acceptable. Follow instructions for field formats.

1) Download form, input Coach's info, and player data using the field info shown below. This is in Office 2000, Excel format.  If you don't have Excel, find someone in your organization who can enter and return it to us as an attachment.  Note: We want your hotel info (Name/City/Phone Number). Indicate in the body of your return email, or send it separately when you have the information.

(Do Not Change Any Field Attributes)

               Field Name

Column  1: Player-No         (Uniform Number) Only list primary number

               2: Player-Name     (First Name, then Last Name)

               3: Player-Position (primary position 1^st, as 1B/2B/OF (no commas)

                   ((Only list up to 3 positions, CAPITAL LETTERS separated by /

and no space between the /.

                  5: Signed                (Yes or No)

                  6:College                (example: Michigan, High Plains J.C., etc)

                             Do not indicate the word "University or College"

                 7: SAT                  (SAT or ACT or Other Test Score.

                   (ONLY INDICATE ONE TEST SCORE, the field heading is SAT but

just list the score value)

               8: GPA                    (example: just show as 3.5, 4.0, 18, etc.)

                9: Player Address (Street Address)

              10: Player City                                12: Player Zip Code

              11: Player State                              13: Player Tele (Field Formats itself)

                      NO blank space between numbers   

              Leave above fields BLANK, if they don't pertain, or if you don't have info.

     2) Return the completed spreadsheet, via an email attachment,  to Dennis Ranzinger at the below listed email address.

   Indicate ROSTER UPDATE, And TEAM NAME in subject field.

(We want a team picture! Send us a 3x5 or 4x6 size, and mail it via US mail, or send a electronic file, in JPG format. If you are not going to send one, let us know.

 Please note, that if the fields are incorrectly entered, the form will be returned to you for corrrection. We will not correct your data. Field sizes and values are set for importing this information into a database.
